About the Conference
The Charles F. Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University is hosting the 35th annual conference of the International Trade and Finance Association (ITFA) Conference, which gathers scholars, researchers, and practitioners in the fields of economics, finance, business, and international relations. The conference serves as a forum to explore the latest advancements in international trade and finance across various research areas.
We invite submissions that explore a wide range of research areas on the theme “Navigating the New Global Economy: States, Markets, and Businesses Amid Geopolitical Disruption” and that address the complex and evolving landscape of international trade and finance. Accepted papers can elect to be assigned a discussant.

2. Exchange Rates and Financial Markets: Investigations into currency exchange, forex markets, and financial innovations.
3. Trade, Growth, and Sustainability: Research on the interconnectedness of international trade, economic growth, and sustainable development.
4. Global Financial Landscape: Assessments of the role and impact of international financial institutions and emerging fintech developments.
5. Digital Economy and Cross-Border Transactions: Exploration of digital trade, e-commerce, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technologies.
